BRIEF INTRODUCTION ABOUT VSME

Visionary Small and Medium Enterprises (VSME) course was attended by Mr.Vijesh Saigal and senior staff of AVN Saigal under the mentorship of Shri.Saideep Rathnam (Grandson of Sir,M.Vishwesharayya) at the time of expansion of industry.

This program was developed in India through a CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) collaboration, where in Japanese experts (Prof Shoji Shiba, Mr. T Furuhashi) were brought in as part of the Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing (VLFM) program.

Undergone various modules of 3S map, V map and Heijunka planning in shop floor to control the system in shop floor.

With 3S map an organization can take care of safety, Shorter the distance and space creation by controlling the un necessary movement of materials.
